Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for visiting MOR Wellness.
At this stage, MOR Wellness products are sold through Takealot. If you purchase a MOR Wellness product on Takealot, all returns, refunds, exchanges and delivery queries must be processed directly through your Takealot account and according to Takealot’s return and refund procedures.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or faulty MOR Wellness product, please log the return request with Takealot as soon as possible through your Takealot order history.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used wellness, supplement, skincare or pet wellness products may not always be eligible for return unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.
